THE LIVING DEAD is a horror tale that spans from ancient China to modern-day California. In 2004, archaeologists uncover a sealed cave containing decapitated skeletons and a mysterious WHO box, unwittingly awakening a malevolent force linked to an ancient plague. A skeletal hand is taken, unleashing a deadly curse that reanimates the dead. Fast forward to Halloween in California, where a family’s visit to Knott’s Scary Farm triggers the release of this ancient evil, transforming the undead into a flesh-hunting contagion. The family fights to survive as the horror spreads beyond the park, revealing that disturbing the past has dire consequences that threaten the present—and possibly the future. The story explores themes of curiosity, the dangers of uncovering forbidden history, and the endless cycle of evil awakening.
