In 2008, Hensley embarked on a strategic shift by establishing a new corporate direction aimed at diversifying and expanding his entertainment ventures. Recognizing the leveling of industry barriers and the significant opportunities for cross-monetization across his various corporate entities, he founded a new holding company to oversee these initiatives. 

Dr. Charles B. Hensley is the Principal Owner of Hensley Music Group (HMG) - Entertainment.

Hensley Music Group (HMG) - Entertainment: 

• Founded in February 2008.
• Formed as part of a new corporate direction for Hensley, entering into music, television, and film production.
• In 2009, Hensley Records was launched as part of this vision, marking his entry into the music industry. During its inaugural year, the label signed ten talented recording artists spanning a range of genres including goth, alternative, pop, and R&B, positioning Hensley Records as a versatile and dynamic player in the evolving entertainment landscape. Hensley Records, a division of HMG, was formed in 2009 and signed ten recording artists in its first year, representing genres like goth, alternative, pop, and R&B.
• In 2016, Hensley and partners aimed to expand the brand into a global entertainment empire.
